Copies of the Advisor's and each Sub-Adviser's proxy voting policies and procedures are available without charge, upon request, by calling toll-free 1-888-98-GUIDE (1-888-984-8433) and by visiting the SEC's Web site. Copies of the Trust's proxy voting records will be posted on SEC Web site no later than August 31 of each year and will reflect the preceding twelve-month period beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
